Frequently asked questions

Need a more specific answer? Send your question through our contact form and include your payment requirements.

How does transaction pricing work?
There are no signup or monthly fees. The processing fee depends on the payment method and market. A fixed per-transaction amount applies where it is shown in the rate table.
How is a quote prepared?
We review your business model, customer markets, expected payment volume, average order value, and integration approach. These details define the payment mix and commercial requirements to discuss.
Are all payment methods priced the same?
No. For example, card processing in Japan starts from 2.9%, while card processing in South Korea starts from 3.85%. Use the market selector to review each method, including fixed fees and starting rates.
What should I check beyond processing fees?
Review settlement arrangements, currency conversion, refund handling, dispute charges, and any integration or service costs in the commercial proposal. Confirm which items apply to your business before launch.
Can I request payment links without a full store?
Yes. Tell us how your customers place orders and how you plan to share payment requests. We can start the pricing discussion around that workflow rather than a storefront integration.
Can I discuss more than one market?
Include your launch markets and expansion plans in the inquiry. Payment method eligibility, currency requirements, and commercial terms should be reviewed together for each market.
What information should I send?
Share your website or application, business location, target markets, preferred payment methods, approximate monthly volume, and average order value. If you are still planning, describe your expected launch scope.
